Which ages do you teach?
A
Sessionista provide lessons for all ages. Our teachers are equally qualified to teach adult learners as well as children. Adult lessons are generally private week-to-week sessions. For children we have group and individual lessons both in and outside of school times. Our whole class sessions, after school clubs and half-term holiday academies are also very popular.

What times do your holiday programmes run?

Set hours for our holiday programmes are 9am until 3pm

Do you teach outside of London?
A
Currently our services are only available within the M25 radius

Are your teachers suitably qualified and experienced? Do they have DBS checks?
A
Our teachers are highly experienced musicians and educators. They all have DBS clearance and regular safeguarding training. All tutors are qualified to bachelor degree level with many holding MA degrees in music and teaching

Do you accept childcare vouchers for half-term schools?
A
At the moment we are not set up to accept childcare vouchers but this option should become available in the coming months

How do you take payment for lessons?
A
We currently accept instant bank transfer, standing orders and direct debit for online bookings. You can make payment via our online payment system or Apple pay, these are the easiest options

How do I contact you for teaching services at my child's school
A
You or your child's school can reach us through the contact form on the main menu of the website or directly via - info.sessionista@gmail.com. After this we will discuss with the school to design a bespoke plan to fit their music education requirements

What is your cancellation policy?
A
Lessons or courses must be cancelled with 72 hours notice ahead of the start time for a full refund. For cancellations with less notice we are able to offer a compensatory voucher for future bookings
